The Relic is more of a modern fantasy/mystery combined with horror, but it is truly one of the most chilling books I’ve ever read. Something murderous is on the loose at the New York Museum of Natural History, and this thing is anything but natural. Again, this word laughing is repeated throughout the scene. However, it is also punctuated with other words such as, ‘ terrified’, ‘ crying’, ‘ stubbed out cigarettes’, ‘ punch him’, ‘ pegged a stone’. The US Army's “Stargate Project,” deemed as unhelpful, is one example, but what about the projects they haven't declassified? It’s fun to think about.
