About this deal

The soup is based on the Tonkotsu soup, but it has the unique scent of Kurume ramen and is finished with a sweet and rich Tonkotsu soup that emphasizes the taste of pork, and pork bones, adding onions, ginger, and soup. The milkiest and considered the most mouth-watering of all and indulgent of all, tonkotsu ramen is made by boiling pork bones for hours — sometimes days! — until all the flavor, gelatin, fat, and every molecule in between has been disintegrated into pure umami flavor. It’s beige-white in color and rich in flavor. They serve Tonkotsu ramen with medium-thin straight noodles. The soup that soaks in the flavour the more you slurp it is impressive! Noodles with a distinctive flavor, created by the skilful technique of raising the noodles with a flat net. Many customers said that the ramen here is so good that it makes you shudder from the first bite For the most authentic Fukuoka ramen experience, you have to go to the source, but with so many restaurants to choose from in the city, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. One of the most popular options is Hakata Issou with their authentic, no-frills menu and ramen noodles swimming in distinctively frothy Issou broth. You could also try Hakata Ikkousha, one of the most successful ramen chains in the city, which parboils its pork bones to get as much flavor and as little fat from them as possible. Then there’s Hakata Chuka Soba Marugen, which pays homage to Hakata’s port history by mixing delicate seafood flavors into its tonkotsu ramen. Ramen ( / ˈ r ɑː m ə n/) ( 拉麺, ラーメン or らーめん, rāmen, [ɾaꜜːmeɴ] ⓘ) is a Japanese noodle dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles ( 中華麺, chūkamen) served in a broth; common flavors are soy sauce and miso, with typical toppings including sliced pork ( chāshū), nori (dried seaweed), menma (bamboo shoots), and scallions. Ramen has its roots in Chinese noodle dishes. [1] Nearly every region in Japan has its own variation of ramen, such as the tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen of Kyushu and the miso ramen of Hokkaido.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many ramen restaurants were temporarily closed, with 34 chains filing for bankruptcy by September 2020. Ramen restaurants are typically narrow and seat customers closely, making social distancing difficult. [47] Outside Japan [ edit ] Orkin, Ivan (2013). Thus, making the soup even extra flavorful. They also use medium-thin noodles that are one hundred percent homemade. Together with the rich soup, this makes their Kurume Ramen a favorite among locals. Later on, Kurume Ramen is now one of the best foods in Japan. It is also hailed as a specialty food of Kurume City. The difference between Kurume Ramen, Nagahama Ramen, and Hakata Ramen For a ramen shop owner, the happiest thing to see is a customer who drinks all the soup. Forget about the calories. If you liked your ramen, drink your soup down. Once you’re done, there will be nothing left except fine particles of the pork bone.
