About this deal

Are you looking for a slim Nokia X10 case made of silicone or a flip case for your cards? Maybe you’re looking for stylish phone cases made of leather or robust hybrid cases that can protect against damage? coverage is limited and might not be supported by your network service provider. Actual speed depends on network and other factors.

Producing a mid-range phone in 2021 that is not only technically good but that stands apart from the crowd is no mean feat. And despite Nokia’s best efforts with the X10, it doesn’t do quite enough to distance itself from the competition. It’s a shame, then, that the choice of processor hinders nearly all interactions with the phone. From opening apps and playing games, to even simply swiping through the interface, there is a degree of hesitancy and lag which at best is inconvenient and at worst is quite distracting. While its rivals are doing their best to show off best times and benchmark results, the X10 is often found trying to catch its breath. According to internal testing of HMD Global, in live 4G networks a compatible phone has an average data transfer speed of approximately 60 Mbps. In live 5G networks, Nokia X10 can reach data transfer speeds of up to 1.2 Gbps.Seventh on this list is the ultra-thin case for the Nokia X10. Made of high quality soft TPU which is thin and lightweight and provides maximum durability. Precise cut out design allows easy access to all the buttons and charging port so you don’t have to take out your phone from your cover every time you charge. There's ample power for day-to-day use and it will cope with more demanding games, although the graphics quality is limited, so it's not the best experience out there. The cameras are average in their performance but will suffice for many users. Fifth is the flip case for the Nokia X10. Not only does this protector add aesthetic value to your phone, it also provides 360-degree protection with its hard PC exterior and soft silicone interior. It has a strong and double-sided magnetic closure which secures your phone, money and cards in safely and a built-in stepless stand lets you convert the cover into a stand and watch video with a handsfree experience on your phone, anywhere you want. This is the perfect case for you if you want a wallet and phone cover in one. Nokia's X series needs a bit of getting used to when it comes to its accessories: There is no charger in the box. Nokia intends to protect the environment with this, since many users already have a charger at home.

The screen on the Nokia X10 may be big in size, but it’s certainly not in ambition. While the competition are adopting high-refresh panels, with boosted resolutions and AMOLED tech as standard, the 6.67in offering on the X10 remains average in almost every regard. From the 1080p resolution to the bog-standard 60Hz refresh, there’s not much on offer here to outdo the competition. But with the display not reaching to the edges of the phone's body, it does lend a slightly cheaper look to the device and, arguably, Nokia could have reduced the overall footprint by making things a little tighter. That said, its competition is mostly from Motorola. Portrait mode proved to be a pleasant surprise, with edge detection working quite well, and the included macro cam proved to capture the occasional decent image – though this took a lot of effort to achieve. Low-light performance was competent, too, but it won’t challenge the more premium competition any time soon. The wide-angle camera looks a bit dim, but it's sufficient for snapshots as long as you don't enlarge them too much. Third on our list is the anti-scratch case for the Nokia X10. The protector has a double layer design which protects the phone from all angles and the raised lips of the front frame provide maximum protection to the screen in case of a drop. The double layer design might give the impression of having poor usability for the phone buttons but the case is customized to fit the buttons precisely and give full access to the buttons and features. The next case on the list is the leather wallet case for the Nokia X10. Made with high-quality durable retro synthetic leather and inner TPU case, the case provides a soft touch and adequate protection to your phone from dust, scratches, bumps and accidental falls. The magnetic closure keeps your phone, credit cards and money secure inside. Precise cut out design allows easy access to all the buttons and charging port so you don’t have to take out your phone from your cover every time you charge. The most attractive thing about the Nokia X10 is how it looks: there's a big display in a decent-size body with a finish that's pretty distinctive - and we like the 'Forest' green colour. Having a Full HD+ resolution means that content looks good, too, although it's strictly 60Hz refresh rate for this experience. Videos can be recorded with the main camera at a maximum of 1080p and 30 fps. 60 frames per second would've been nice here. The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G even shoots Ultra HD videos if you want. Picture quality is decent, but the autofocus could be a bit faster. The Nokia X10 comes with a standard camera setup, which consists of a quad array of sensors, but only two of which are useful. There is a 48MP (f/1.8) main shooter, which is flanked by a 5MP ultrawide sensor, followed by a 2MP macro camera and 2MP depth sensor.

This is less than some of the competition managed to achieve, especially the likes of the Moto G9 Power, but it’s a respectable score nonetheless. Subjectively, the phone was always able to make it through a full day of pulling notifications and general use, though never quite making it into a second. Nokia says that the X series pushes boundaries and now represents a sort-of top tier for Nokia devices. But is it just a bit lost in among what else is available?

Customer Service

This isn’t to say that the screen on the X10 is bad in any particular way. Covering 87% of the sRGB colour gamut with a total volume of 104%, the Nokia X10’s colours aren’t completely off-kilter, and the settings menu offers finer-grained controls over colour temperature as well. Most will want to skew this a little warmer than the default, which tends to be a little too cool.
