Many, no matter when they've come, have never experienced life on earth. Some have never been in physical form of any kind, having come directly from Source. Some have lived on other planets, while a few seem to have incarnated on earth prior to their current life (though this seems to be rare). When the call for help went out, those who wanted to assist the earth and her inhabitants volunteered to come. They wanted to do good for this planet and for the multiverse (because all universes and dimensions are intertwined, what happens to one happens to all). Since earth is a free-will planet, this is Source's way of providing much-needed aid without interference. This fact makes it extremely difficult for people from the three waves of volunteers to adjust to life. Our world seems chaotic, harsh and destructive. It is amazing to me that all this information is so consistent. In a court room when you get multiple witnesses testifying to some fact, the jury will tend to believe that it must be true. This Reality that these other worldly sources are describing is a Reality that is far beyond any SciFi that I have ever read. Basically it is the ultimate case of Reality being stranger than fiction. Dolores has been a UFO investigator for twenty years, using her skills as a regressionist to help people that had been involved in abduction cases. She has written several books on the UFO information volunteers have revealed while under hypnosis. The destruction of the earth – which is essentially a training ground where spiritual beings come to learn – would have huge consequences for the rest of life throughout the entire universe.

I found this book 1/3 interesting and 2/3 disappointing. Interesting because, whatever method used by Dolores Cannon, the supposed testimonies from the sessions with her clients are entertaining to say the least. Disappointing because that method is never revealed and there are a number of elements suggesting that self-profit played a major role for this work. I’ll develop my argument a little more in case any one is interested. Whichever wave you believe yourself to be, Dolores believed you have two important things to let go of: Fear Dolores has written the three volume set "Conversations With Nostradamus", the series on the translation of Nostradamus' quatrains. This series contains the translation of almost 1000 prophecies, all interpreted for the first time and have been in print since 1989. It is considered the most accurate interpretation of the prophecies ever printed. Dolores in her hypnosis work has discovered three waves of these volunteers. Some have come direct from the "Source" and have never lived in any type of physical body before. Others have lived as space beings on other planets or other dimensions. Because all memory is erased upon entry to the Earth dimension, they do not remember their assignment. Thus these beautiful souls have a difficult time adjusting to our chaotic world. These souls have a vital role to play as they help all of the rest of us ascend to the New Earth.

According to Dolores, rather than something to be feared, our alien family is helping us, as well as helping to save planet earth. According to Dolores Cannon, these Three Waves of Volunteers infiltrated the human race. Their mission was / is to help change the course of history. After speaking to many new souls, I have been told the purpose of the three waves is two-fold: to raise the energy on Earth to avoid catastrophe and to enhance the frequencies of the population so they can ascend to the New Earth in the next dimension. Without having the ability as a trained hypnotist to regress my subjects into a deep trance, they would not remember their mission as a volunteer to help Earth in crisis. But I just know that for a while, it's a bye-bye to a normal sleeping pattern. Which is cruel since I end up being awake for a few days until the book devours me. I don't include deliberate self-sabotage and masochism in my life anymore because it was part of my destructive subconscious pattern behaviour for decades (and a few past lives). But I do indulge in certain light(er) spins of the major issue story: the darkness of my ego was so beautiful and the construct of my shield was made of the irresistible subjective dark matter, so I understand why it took me so long to let go (why I am still letting go). Because it was the best type of pain that was suffocating me considering why it became like this due to my life experiences. For most of my life I couldn't understand people who had brighter life stories/experiences/journies, knowing my own path and how my inner chaotic nervous system was functioning. But when I started becoming aware that I was born with a slightly different frequency and different multilayered skills it helped me feel better in my skin. And on my way of becoming me, I had a great team of psychiatrists, spiritual leaders, homeopaths, theta/medicine plants/natal cards healers, ... and other numerous influences which helped me find a neurological link to my inner clarity and code of my soul. Dolores has toured in the USA, England, Europe, the former Soviet bloc countries, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia to promote her works, and to discuss her particular brand of psychic research. She has spoken to radio and television audiences worldwide. She has given lectures at such locations as: Whole Life Expos in Los Angeles, New York and San Diego; Global Science Congress; various A.R.E. Edgar Cayce Foundations; Conscious Living Expo and MBS Expo in Australia; The College of Psychic Studies in London, England; The Theosophical Society in London, England; as well as many other organizations. I enjoyed the beginning of this book, the introduction to the idea of the previously alien/multi-dimensional beings who are reincarnating as humans. (Whether I believe it? I don't know. But it sounds plausible and possible.) We must eliminate heavy foods, e.g. stop eating meats. mainly because of the additives and chemicals being fed to the animals. The best of all to eat is “live” fruits and vegetables. Sugar should also be eliminated. I expect most of us know all this already. In 2001 “they” yelled at D to get her to change her diet and lifestyle. She stopped drinking Pepsi and completely turned her eating and drinking habits around. By 2002 she had cleared a great deal of toxins from her systems and noticed the difference. Finally, you can add the method is completely singled-sided. Every person Dolores met is a helper with the mission of making the Earth a better place and no one is doing any wrong. It makes you wonder how comes it is not a perfect Earth yet! Many first and second wave souls unconsciously realize that having children creates Karma. Many do not marry in the first place, unless they are fortunate enough to meet another soul to whom they can relate. They just want to do their job and go home.

There is much to be done in preparation. Focus on healing and cleansing; love, forgiveness, and compassion; and connecting with Source, as well as those in your Spirit family or council. Do what you can to move beyond societal norms and the systems that keep us enslaved. Cultivate a calm and faith-filled demeanor. Many do not marry, unless they “ find another of their own kind“. Third wave volunteers This is a voluminous and an exciting book much like those in D’s Convoluted universe series, though perhaps even better. I was most looking forward, as always, to the section on the New Earth. However, D states that the New Earth information in the book is not new but a compilation of information from her previous books. (Though I found that she did add new information on this subject.)

Second-wave volunteers have many of the traits of their first-wave forebears. These people are currently in their 20s, 30s, and possibly early 40s. In particular, this younger generation comes with an inner light that others seem instantly drawn to. Just being—naturally beaming their light—tends to help lift people up and can even provide healing. The paradox is that the second-wavers don't like being around other people, especially in great numbers, generally preferring to be alone or with animals. Second-wave volunteers are often concerned that they're not doing enough to accomplish their purpose or mission, however they really don't need to do much except be. Their light does the rest. These beautiful souls are often, however, drawn to some kind of healing or helping profession. They, like the rest of the volunteers, are often spiritually gifted and connected to Source energy. In is certainly true that those of us who have experienced adverse childhood experiences are more prone to intense feelings, depression, anxiety, stress and disconnection from fellow humans.Dolores in her hypnosis work has discovered three waves of these volunteers.
