Noilly Prat Original Dry is beautifully crafted, by the Mediterranean Sea, using the finest white wines. The tasting experience begins with the nose – tones of cinnamon combine with balanced herbal, along with fresh green apple and floral notes. Fortified, mellowed and flavoured with herbs and spices, it doesn’t – unlike wine – need to be cooked out patiently to give a smooth, rich wineyness: the impact is near-instant.

However, in 2009, the extra-dry Noilly recipe exported to the USA was replaced by the original dry formula used worldwide. At its home in the South of France, a selection of fine white wines are aged outdoors in oak casks exposed to the Mediterranean sun, sea and wind for 12 months.
